Listen O God to my cry, give heed to my prayer! From the end of the earth I cry to you, as my heart fails me, set me high on the rock, give me rest! For you are my refuge, a strong tower against the foe: Would that I might live forever in your tent, take refuge in the shelter of your wings.

¡Escucha, oh Dios, mi clamor, atiende a mi oración! Desde los confines de la tierra clamo a ti, mientras me falla el corazón, ponme en lo alto de la roca, ¡dame descanso!
